Shipping Policy^ Top

 Your shipping address must match your billing address. We will not process orders for which there is an address mismatch.  This protects you from fraudulent transactions. If you have a P.O. Box number for your billing address and a different physical mailing address and you wish your order to be expedited, email us at orders@daactive.com and we will accommodate you.

Shipping Time -- Most orders will usually ship within 24 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by DA Active, Inc. only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes^ Top

DA Active, Inc. will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Returns & Exchanges^ Top

What is your return/exchange policy?     
Guests have two options for making a return within 14 days from ship date:

1) Unwashed and unworn merchandise purchased online at DAActive.com may be returned to the ecommerce warehouse in the same country it was shipped. All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return. All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are not refunded.

2) Unwashed and unworn merchandise purchased at our retail location must be returned to the retail store. All hangtags must be attached and proof of purchase must accompany the garment(s). Shipping costs are not refunded.

Merchandise purchased in retail stores cannot be returned to the ecommerce store.

Please use the most economical shipping method when returning a garment to us. Should you be exchanging an item we will ship the new item to you via Ground service at no extra charge (US orders only). If you wish to have the item expedited to you then you will be responsible for the charge.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a completed Return Form (RMA). To request an RMA form send an email to orders@daactive.com and include your order number and a list of the items you would like to return. All returns must include a copy of your RMA and a copy of your Order Invoice in order to process the return.

Where do I ship my return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address on our return form and you must use our return form to properly process your return/exchange. To request an RMA form send an email to orders@daactive.com and include your order number and a list of the items you would like to return. Print the RMA and include it in your return box along with a copy of your Order Invoice.

How should I ship my return or exchange?
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. To be properly processed, your return/exchange must include a copy of your RMA and a copy of your Order Invoice.

How to request an RMA:

  • To request an RMA form send an email to orders@daactive.com and include your order number and a list of the items you would like to return.
  • Print the RMA and include it along with a copy of your original order invoice in your return box.

All returns must include a copy of the RMA and a copy of the Order Invoice in order to process the return. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

Returns: Product Exchange or Store Credit

Online Store Credit
Once your package has been received and your RMA approved you will be issued an online gift certificate equaling the value of the item you returned.

Exchanges
If you request an item exchange, it must be for the same item (size or color may vary). If you wish to select a different item, then you need to choose Store Credit as the refund method on the RMA form. We will ship the new item to you via Ground service at no extra charge (US orders only). If you wish to have the item expedited to you then you will be responsible for the charge.

Does DA Active offer price adjustments?
While we offer returns / exchanges on unworn garments within two weeks of purchase, with the original invoice or receipt and with the hangtags still attached, we do not offer price adjustments. Note that underwear, headwear, and giftcards are final sale.

Out-of-Stock Products^ Top

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Typographical Errors^ Top

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, DA Active, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DA Active, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DA Active, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
